Yes. You're free to take on outside design work. What we do require is your full focus during our Monday through Friday working hours so our clients are always covered. One important note to consider: soliciting NLC clients for personal work is grounds for immediate contract termination.
Since we are a subscription-based design company, we require all contractors and employees to be available for full time roles only. We do not currently offer any part-time or contract work.

Yes. We hire globally and actively recruit in South America and Asia. If you're outside those regions, we still consider applicants whose skills and experience are the right fit.
Our team spans multiple languages and regions, but English fluency is required. You'll need to read, write, and speak English confidently since it's the primary language we use to communicate with clients.
Our business currently operates on our main shift Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm Eastern Time. We also offer second shifts from 5pm-1am Eastern Time as well. We are closed on all major holidays in the United States.

The test project is unpaid. It's a mock client brief used to evaluate your skills alongside your portfolio and application. Nothing you submit will be used commercially by NLC. You're welcome to watermark your designs if you'd like.
We do not grant the rights to use our test design in your personal design portfolio. These test designs are for the purposes of applying to work at NoLimit Creatives only.
Compensation is based on active working days and deliverables within each pay period, paid on a bi-monthly basis. As you grow and expand your capabilities, additional earning opportunities may become available depending on your role.
Payments are processed through Payoneer or Wise. These are the only two payment methods we support. We don't accommodate wire transfers, ACH, crypto, or other platforms.
All contractor payments are issued on a bi-monthly basis for the work you completed. Direct U.S. employees receive a payment once per month.
Compensation varies between roles & departments, skills & experience, and other variables such as if you’re a U.S. citizen or a foreign contractor. All compensation questions will be outlined in your Contractor Agreement.
Yes. All of our positions are 100% remote. You can work from anywhere in the world.

We don’t expect any single person to know how to design everything we offer, which is why we work in a tiered structure with our teams. Based on your design skills, you will be placed on a team that offers the design capabilities you are confident in delivering and never expected to do design work you don’t know anything about.
You will use our own proprietary design management platform to communicate with customers, check the projects you need to work on each day, and gather all the information for each design request. Our unique design platform will help you stay on top of projects and be highly organized and efficient to maximize your performance.
