Job Overview

As a Social Media Video Ad Editor at NLC, you will create high-volume, high-impact short-form video ads for global brands. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished edits consistently. While primarily focused on short-form editing, having motion graphics skills is a strong plus, as many client projects require light animation, text movement, or enhanced transitions.

Different working shifts are available based on your geographic region. Final shift assignment will be determined based on shift availability and demand.

What You Will Be Designing

You will work primarily on:

  • Short-form social media and digital ads
  • Direct-response ads and product highlight videos
  • Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
  • UGC-style edits
  • Static-to-video transformations
  • Platform-specific variations
  • Light motion graphics and animated text when needed

What We Look For In Our Team

We look for editors who are fast, adaptable, and trend-aware. Because many ads benefit from animated elements, experience with simple motion graphics, text animation, or After Effects is a plus and will be used regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form ads with strong pacing, composition and clarity.
  • Create variations and resize videos for multiple platforms.
  • Add basic motion graphics when required, such as animated text, transitions, graphic reveals or end-card animations.
  • Work collaboratively with motion designers when full animation sequences are needed.
  • Maintain organized files and deliver updates quickly.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of professional editing experience.
    Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic motion graphics ability is a plus (text animation, transitions, simple AE work).
  • Strong understanding of social/video trends.
    Excellent English communication.
  • Ability to work quickly in a remote, multi-project environment.
