Job Overview

The Creative Concierge Project Manager serves as a dedicated, high-touch liaison between NoLimit Creatives and clients enrolled in our Concierge service. This role goes beyond project management—it blends strategic consulting, creative brief writing, client relationship management, and design knowledge into one dynamic position.

You will work directly with clients to uncover their design needs, recommend creative solutions, manage the end-to-end design request process, and ensure delivery of high-quality results. If you’re energized by client interaction, love creative work, and have a deep understanding of marketing and design, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly strategy calls with Concierge clients to understand their creative needs and upcoming campaigns.
  • Recommend appropriate design types and deliverables that align with client goals and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Create clear, thorough creative briefs on behalf of the client and submit them to the NLC design platform.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure creative accuracy, brand consistency, and client satisfaction.
  • Review design output, manage revision rounds, and deliver final assets to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client’s design outcomes and suggest creative improvements.
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact via Slack, email and Zoom, responding to questions, feedback, and updates in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide light copywriting support or coordinate copywriting services when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of client preferences, goals, and project history to personalize ongoing service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as project manager, account manager, or creative producer—preferably within a marketing agency or design-focused company.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and multi-channel design, including (but not limited to): social ads, Amazon content, email graphics, print collateral, packaging, websites, and video.
  • Ability to guide clients in selecting the right design assets for their goals, based on performance trends and design standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and empathetic personality with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Proficient with modern collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (will be trained on our DaaS platform).
  • Strong familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Copywriting or content strategy experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ad platform specifications and marketing performance metrics.
  • Previous experience working with remote creative teams or within a subscription-based service model.
