Job Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for turning qualified leads into paying customers. You’ll guide prospects through the sales process, showcase the power of our creative subscription model, and help them visualize how NLC can solve their design challenges and scale their brand.

You’re a consultative closer, someone who listens first, understands deeply, and presents solutions confidently.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a pipeline of warm, marketing-qualified, and SDR-qualified leads, as well as creating sales opportunities with outbound efforts.
  • Run discovery calls and live demos tailored to each prospect’s needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the marketing team to improve messaging and buyer journeys.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM.
  • Provide insights to leadership on market feedback, objections, and competitive intel.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role (SaaS, creative services, or subscription models a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, you’re confident, articulate, and persuasive.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Consultative sales approach, you know how to ask the right questions and uncover real needs.
  • Self-motivation and time management, you’re comfortable in a remote work environment.

Nice to Have

  • Passion or familiarity with design, branding, or creative industries.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams, agencies, or startups.
  • Understanding of outbound and inbound lead strategies.
