Cancel My Account

Submit your cancellation request by filling out the form below. Once the form is sent, the account will be canceled by a member of our team. You will still be able to use the account for the remainder of your current pay period.

Your account, designs and communications will not be deleted from our system and can be reopened at the time of reactivation.

Taking a Break?

If you have all the creatives you need, and want to take a break from our service for any period of time, we have a pause available. When choosing the pause option, you can choose a reactivation date that will automatically resume your subscription when you are ready to come back.

Successfully plugging into our customer’s creative process means clear communication is more important than ever. We provide several channels for communication including comment chains on each request, Account Manager support channel on every page of the dashboard and live web chat on our site. 

If communication has been a pain point, we guarantee we can make that better with a higher focus on your account and the option to set up a dedicated Slack channel with your Team Leader and Account Manager.

We know how essential it is to meet our customer’s deadlines, and we focus on quick turnaround times to achieve a consistent delivery of creatives. If this has not been your experience, we would love the chance to review your account and make quick corrections to ensure a much better experience.

We Offer Creative Assistance!

Coming up with ideas to use your subscription can be time-consuming, and time is a rare commodity for most of us.

Did you know we have a team of Creative Assistants that can take the responsibility of ideation, copywriting, and briefing off your plate?

Each time you need a new set of creatives, you can tap the Creative Assistant, provide a few key details and the rest is done for you. Creative Assistants will submit the design brief, and you’ll be able to monitor the process from concept to final designs. 

Not Worth the Cost

Value is something we strive to provide on a daily basis. Our plans are built for customers to access professional designers at an affordable rate. If you feel that you are not getting the value you expect from the service, we would love the chance to evaluate your account and see where we can improve your experience.

  • Switching Design Teams: We have hundreds of designers on staff, and one team can fit better than the other. 

  • Dedicated Slack Channel: Make communication easy and quick through a private slack channel with your team.

  • Setting More Clear Expectations: Remote services sometimes take a little more relationship-building to work in the best ways. We can schedule a call with your account managers to set better expectations that we can deliver on.

Budgeting

Our service is one of the most affordable ways to access a full design team. However, budgets get tight, and we don’t want that to prevent you from utilizing our services.

If you need some help on the cost, we’re happy to look into your account and determine if we can provide a monthly discount to help you get by.

Please note that any remaining startup credits will be void at the end date of your current subscription period.

Upgrade My Account

Upgrading your account by adding on additional subscriptions will increase the amount of work our team can handle at any one time. Each additional subscription will add more active projects according to the selected upgrade.

Choose If you would like to have your new plan activated immediately at a prorated cost or activated on your next renewal date. 

What does a prorated amount mean?

This is the amount you owe based on the number of days you have already used in your subscription and how many days are left to use the new plan.

Pause My Account

Pausing your account allows you to stop normal recurring renewals of your plan and set a new renewal date for the account to automatically resume. This will result in a charge of the same plan you have paused on the date you have specified. 

Attention: If you would like to pause your account indefinitely, please choose the CANCEL option instead of PAUSE.

Startup Credits

Please note that any remaining start up credits will not be usable during the inactive period. However, your unused credits will be carried over to the resume date.
