The beauty of an unlimited design model is that there are no limits to what we can do for you. We will make as many revisions as needed to ensure every one of your designs is pixel perfect and ready to go.
In most cases, designs only take 1-2 business days. There are, of course, variables that factor in to turnaround times such as how simple of complex a design is, and how small or large the overall project is. Most graphics are 1-2 business days while videos can be 1-3 business days depending on length and animations. Revisions are typically same day or the following morning.
Yes! As mentioned in our Terms of Service, you own all the creatives we produce for you, and are free to do whatever you’d like with your custom designs.
We have several different solutions to make sure you’re happy with each and every one of your designs. We can make revisions as needed or even switch designers/design teams all together to give you a fresh perspective on your project and give you the opportunity to work with a different set of designers.
