We pay our affiliates every month like clockwork. Once your referred customer passes the 14-day refund window each month, your commissions will be cleared to get paid. We usually pay on Wednesday’s of each week.
Once you become an affiliate, you get a custom tracking link to use. Simply have people click the link and they will land on our website. Once they buy, you get the commission. They can come back any time within 90 days to sign up and you’ll still get credit.
We currently only pay through PayPal. You MUST have a verified PayPal account and add it to your affiliate account once you sign up.
Accounts are auto-approved instantly. You can log in to your account as soon as you complete the sign up process.
Absolutely not! If you are caught paying people to join so you get a commission and then asking them to cancel, so they are also not charged, you will be immediately banned from the program.
There are no contracts or commitments to use our Monthly Services. You can cancel at any time and return at any time.
Our plans are very flexible to your current design needs. Upgrades can be done at a prorated cost as well, to scale as you need. Downgrades are effective at the end of the current period.

All refund requests are subject to review and determined on a case by case basis.
Clients can access their accounts up to the end date of the paid period. At the end of period, the account will be archived, and any unfinished projects will be closed.
No new projects will be started after the end of the paid period.
Briefing can be a tedious process, as trying to explain a visual concept in written form has its challenges. We allow you to provide design examples to show a specific concept in a visual manner and allow you to use service like Loom to provide your design team with spoken instructions that support the written brief.
We have several levels of customer service to help you feel heard and understood. If you feel that you’re not getting through to a designer, contact your Account Manager. We will take the necessary steps to ensure you are connected to a design team and designers that understand your needs and creative vision.

The best design briefs are straight forward, to the point and organized. We need several key details such as ad copy and any specific assets to deliver our best work.

Customer support and communication are one of our most important features, and we have a designated account manager to help you when you are in need. Whenever you have a question or concern, simply hit the “?” icon in the header of the dashboard. This will allow you to direct message your Account Manager or send a support ticket to our customer support team.

Absolutely. We realize it can sometimes be difficult to explain your request in writing. We are more than happy to watch a screen recording where you verbally explain your thoughts and needs.
We currently do not offer phone support for each project, however, you can book a call with us.
We do not offer any 1 on 1 one phone communication with designers, but we encourage our customers to use screen recording apps like LOOM, to help them explain more complex ideas more clearly to the designer.
You can simply record your screen, use your voice to describe any ideas or changes and visually show the designer what you are looking for.
The recordings can be uploaded right into the request.
While we do not provide web design services, we can help with landing page and email design mockups.
This service would not provide a coded and functional end product. The file delivered would be a static design file such and PNG or PDF.
Production services are not included in any of our current design subscriptions, as the plans are focused primarily on the actual design work.
At the bare minimum, we would need as many product photos as you can provide to allow our design team to create as many variations as possible.
Product photos are perfectly usable for video designs, however any video content that can be provided will be helpful.
Any interaction you have during your NLC subscription will be done inside our NLC Dashboard.
Here you will create Brand Profiles, Request Designs and Download Assets.
The request process has been made as simple as possible with set questions and the ability to upload assets and example designs all in one place.
Once a design is moved from the Design Queue, it will be marked as In Progress. At this time the design clock starts, and you will see a due date set on that request.
In any case a due date does not work for you, or you need to rush a request, please reach out to the designer or your account manager, and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
We can change designers at any time. If you are unhappy with a current design or would just like a different perspective from someone else, let us know, and we can reassign your project.
We offer a wide array of packages to help cover businesses of all sizes and needs. We are standing by to chat or talk with you about your needs and can help you select the right package for you. You are also welcome to determine how much volume you may need in a month’s time and choose the package that will cover that.
Our service is designed to be flexible in order to fit the unique needs of every business. We’re happy to speak one on one with you to find the best creative solution.
Although our primary focus our video service are social media ads and creatives, we also offer a wide range of video services such as captions, cinemagraphs, animated images, meme-style videos. Logo intro/outros, YouTube videos and more.
We aim for 2 business days for graphics and 3 business days for video. Although we try to deliver everything as quickly as possible, larger time-intensive projects may take more than 2-3 days to complete and we’ll set realistic expectations for you as the requests come in.
When we say unlimited, we truly mean it! You are welcome to make unlimited design requests at any time. Just keep in mind we are only human and are focused on giving you a higher quality product than pumping out pre-made low quality templates that won’t do your business justice. Quality work takes times to complete.
You are allowed to put in as many requests as you want, there truly is no limit. The requests will be processed by the date they were ordered and the level of priority.

Our designers are well-rounded but there may be a case a designer is not working for you. We can swap them out and get a new designer working as soon as possible.

Our stock comes from several paid & free resources with commercial licensing. Some more extended licenses may need to be purchased depending on your planned use of the assets. Please let us know if you are unsure of the rights of your assets and we can provide the licenses.
Yes, our team can create designs in any languages as long as the ad copy is provided in both the English version and additional languages.
Our “Design Projects” allow you to get up to 3 design variations or concepts for one type of service, in a single project/request. That means you can order a whole ad set in one project, turned around in 2 business days, instead of 3 individual projects.
There are exclusions including large projects like flyers, brochures, eBooks and any video projects. Large projects are subject to 1 variation per project.
Any and all sizes can be made right inside the original project. You can specify the sizes you need at the start of the design, or once it is complete, and we will work them out for you.
We work on one size through the designing process and once we get approval of the design we deliver all the requested sizes. Most resizes will be done the same day.

We normally work first in, first out. However, to help our customers when important projects pop up, we have implemented a priority system. You can tag each project as Low or High priority to let us know which projects need to come out before any other.
YES! We design thousands of social media ads per month (literally) and are well aware of all the common sizes.
All designs are 100% customized to your request, brand, or demographic. We may incorporate stock assets or templates when they are in the best interest of the project’s goal.
