Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow website developer who can take Photoshop prototypes and build them into live and actional websites. This is a hands-on development role focused on precision, performance, and design excellence. We’re looking for someone who can translate detailed visual designs into a pixel-perfect, lightning-fast Webflow experience.
You’ll be responsible for building responsive pages, optimizing performance across all devices, implementing animations and interactions, and integrating forms and scripts. The ideal candidate is a true Webflow expert — not a beginner — who understands front-end development, website optimization, and how to create visually stunning yet highly performant experiences.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Is an expert in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, symbols, and responsive design.
- Has a strong eye for UI/UX, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.
- Understands componentization, class naming conventions, and reusable symbols.
- Can take Photoshop design prototypes and rebuild them faithfully in Webflow.
- Excels at optimizing content for super-fast load times — images, videos, and all media.
- Has solid experience with GSAP, CSS animations, and custom scripting.
- Understands caching, Cloudflare setup, and other speed optimization methods.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild and redevelop the company website in Webflow from provided Photoshop prototypes.
- Implement a clean, scalable structure using best practices (Client-First/BEM)
- Create responsive, mobile-first layouts using GRID and FLEX systems.
- Develop and manage reusable components and global styles for typography, colors, and spacing
- Optimize all assets (.WEBP, SVG, videos) for performance, using efficient file structures
- Build and integrate forms that route correctly to designated email addresses.
- Configure tracking scripts, pixels, and integrations (GA4, Meta, Hotjar, etc.)
- Ensure SEO optimization for all pages (titles, meta tags, alt text, slugs).
- Maintain clear communication and documentation on structural and design updates.
- Review, test, and maintain cross-browser and multi-device compatibility before publishing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven Webflow development experience with a strong portfolio.
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (custom scripts and embed usage).
- Proficiency in Photoshop for slicing, exporting, and interpreting design files.
- Experience with GSAP, Lottie, and CSS animations.
- General understanding of SEO structure, site maps, and tags.
- Advanced knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and CDN usage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Reliable communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
