Our Motion Designers are wizards when it comes to social media ads, video explainers, GIFs, and product highlights. We service hundreds of individual clients on a daily basis and this creates a very fast-paced environment. Each day, designers will be creating fresh new creatives and revision requests. It is necessary to have the perfect balance between creativity and efficiency. Join us in creating impactful, memorable video experiences!

Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver high-quality video projects daily, meeting or exceeding task goals.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and customers to align on creative goals and progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow motion designers and team leaders to ensure cohesive and polished outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all video deliverables.
  • Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance video content.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute motion designs across a wide range of aesthetics and styles.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, design elements, color theory, and seasonal trends.
  • Ability to align with and adhere to brand identity guidelines.
  • Self-driven and disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Positive, open-minded, and ready to grow with constructive feedback.
