There are a lot of large benefits to working with our company versus traditional design agencies or freelancers. The biggest problem we solve is that you no longer have to worry about variable pricing or unknown turnaround times. We make it easy to know what you will pay each month, what you will get, who you will work with, and when your projects will be completed.
Every team member at NoLimit Creatives works for our company full time. You will always work with the same people assigned to your account. We hire in a variety of countries, where we find the best talent for the design requests we receive regularly.
Absolutely! You will always work with the same design team assigned to your account. Doing things this way allows our designers to get familiar with your brand(s) and your expectations to ensure a smooth experience and process overall.
Our standard turnaround time for most graphic projects is 1-3 business days, and videos are 2-4 business days. Turnaround times vary based on how simple or complex a project is. We also have tiered design plans that allow you to have more design projects worked on simultaneously to receive an increased design volume to keep up with your demand.
Currently, we operate from 8am-8pm Eastern Time. You can access designers, leaders, sales, and support during these working hours.
We do not currently work on weekends. Any design requests submitted on our platform on a weekend will be processed first thing on the following business day. Holiday closings vary each year, but we make announcements in advance so our customers can always plan for any closings.
We offer monthly subscription plans that allow you the flexibility you need to upgrade and downgrade to fit your needs on a monthly basis. We do not have any contracts to hold you in any one spot. Upgrades are processed and prorated, while downgrades will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
As you move higher through design tiers, you will gain access to more design slots. This means we can work on more design requests for you simultaneously at any given time. This is perfect for businesses that have a higher demand in general or that are seasonal and have a lot of demand changes throughout the calendar year.
An “active or concurrent slot” is what is used to request and complete a design project. The more active slots you have, the more volume we can accomplish in the month. For example, if you have 2 active slots, this means we can work on 2 of your design requests at a time. Any requests put in beyond that will go into your queue. When you approve and complete a project, the queue will then process your next request so we can start work on that project for you.
All of our design plans are month-to-month which means you can come and go as you please. You can take a break at any time and pick up where you left off when you want to return. We do not have any contracts or commitments locking you in to our service.
You can switch design plans at any time. If you want to upgrade to a larger plan, we will upgrade you immediately and charge you a prorated amount for the upgrade. If you downgrade, the downgrade will happen at the end of your billing cycle so that you can still benefit from your current design plan.
Absolutely not. You can submit as many design requests as you want. The idea is that you build up your queue so our designers are always working on something for you so you can see the true value NoLimit Creatives has to offer. We will process your requests in the order in which they are received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not require you to sign any contracts or commitments locking you in. You can also return any time you want and pick up where you left off.
We do not offer refunds if you cancel your design plan early. If you cancel, you will still be able to use your subscription until it expires.
We do not offer prorated refunds or credits since this is a month-to-month service. We do not charge by the hour or by the project and designers are paid to be available any time you need them for each month.
If you cancel your subscription and you have active projects being worked on, we will finish whatever design work we can before your subscription expires. Any projects that do not get completed will remain inactive until you return and purchase an active subscription again.
We do not offer any trial period but we are confident that you will be satisfied with our communication, platform, design quality, and speed.
To submit a design request, you just need to login to our design platform, click on the New Request button, then choose the design type you need and submit your design brief. Our team will then review and process the request to put it into our schedule to be worked on.
All communication happens inside of our design platform. You can comment inside each design project directly with your designers. If you are on a NoLimit+ plan, you will also be able to access a Slack Connect channel for quicker and more direct communication with Customer Success and leadership. We also offer a live chat feature in case you need any support outside of communicating with your designer.
We do not offer dedicated account managers but we do offer dedicated design teams. Having the same group of designers working on all your projects will help ensure brand consistency is met and maintained.
As long as you are communicating with us during normal business hours, you should receive a reply very quickly. Our Customer Success team is available via website chat within minutes of chatting in. Designer communication could be a bit longer depending on the workload that day. However, you should receive a response same day.
We don’t do one-on-one calls for each design project, however, we can do occasional calls if there are issues or concerns we need to address and resolve quickly.
We have our own proprietary design platform that houses and manages all design requests from our customers. You will be able to submit design requests, review designs, use our interactive feedback tool for revisions, communicate with your designers, access our AI tools, and more.
After you submit a design request, a Design Lead will review the details to ensure we have everything we need. Once that is confirmed, we will assign your request to a designer and set a delivery date so you always know when to expect your designs. From there, you will be able to review your designs, ask for changes (if needed), and then download your final design files.
All design requests are processed in the order they are received. If you want us to work on your requests in a different order than how they were submitted, you can simply let your design team know or reorder your requests if they are in the queue using our drag-n-drop feature.
Currently, you need to submit your design requests one at a time to ensure all details are provided for your designer. You can, however, submit as many design requests as you want at any time. We also have the ability to duplicate a past request and update information on it as needed.
This will vary based on which design plan you are currently subscribed to. We offer plans that allow us to work on up to 6 design requests at a time and even have custom plans if you needed more projects in motion. If you need to get a quote for a custom plan with more than 6 active design slots, please contact our sales team.
If revisions are needed, you can simply use our interactive feedback tool to highlight what changes need to be made or you can comment in the project thread to let us know. We will then proceed with making any necessary changes.
We always work on requests as quickly as we can without sacrificing design quality. We do not currently offer a rush option but, in some cases, we’ll be able to help you meet a tight deadline.
We have a custom-built interactive feedback tool that allows you to click on parts of your design and make notes right on top of the design. This also works on videos, too, and allows you to make notes at any time throughout the video. Our designers can see your feedback and will make the necessary changes for you. If something is difficult to explain in writing, you are welcome to record a Loom video so we can see your screen as you explain your needs.

We offer website design and development within our own platform. You can get access to UI/UX design through Figma and, if you want a webpage or website created for you, we can built it out for you on our own website management platform. There is a $50/mo fee for website we host for you.
Absolutely! We do thousands of video projects every year and encourage all of our customers to tap in to our video design resources.
We currently do not offer copywriting or content creation services.
Yes we can! As long as you are in a design plan that supports it we can do it. We have specialty designers in certain design plans to work on platform-specific design projects.
We deliver all designs to our customers in industry-standard design files. This means things like JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, EPS, PDF, etc. Source files are also provided with all design projects.
Yes! We have two paths for affiliates and partners to earn commissions from when referring customers to NoLimit Creatives. You can learn more about our program here.
Within our default referral program, you can earn a 10% flat bounty from any referrals that sign up with our company once they are with us for 90 days. If you are an active partner that refers business to us regularly each month, we offer a 10% recurring lifetime commission on those referrals until canceled.
We do not currently offer a way to white-label our design platform, but we service hundreds of marketing agencies or design companies every year. You can put design requests into our platform on your customers’ behalf and we will fulfill all the projects without your customer ever knowing about us.
We do not currently offer bulk discounts.
Once you sign up for a design plan, you will gain immediate access to our design platform where you can start submitting your requests. We strongly encourage you get on an onboarding call to ensure you understand how the platform works, what our process is, and get help submitting your first design brief to ensure maximum success in working with us.
We have many articles in our help center of NoLimit University that can be accessed at any time. We also offer onboarding calls for all new customers to ensure there are no questions and you are set up for maximum success. If, at any time, you need help, you can reach out through our website chat, help center, or email.
Absolutely! We know that everyone’s needs are different, and you can book a call any time to speak to a NoLimit expert at a date and time that is convenient for you.
We do not currently offer strategic services, however, we can take creative freedom on any design project if you would like to see what your designs can come up with.
We have built a robust platform of helpful content inside of NoLimit University. Here, you can access help articles, downloadable content, video content, best practice content, and more.
You can update your billing information any time right inside of our platform. Just ensure you are logged in to our platform and then access the billing section of your profile. Here, you can update your information including email, address, credit card, etc.
You can access all past invoices/receipts from the billing section of your profile once logged in to the platform.
We do offer annual payment options for anyone that would like to commit to working with us long term. We also offer a 10% discount when you pay for the year in full. Annual payments can be purchased through a wire payment or ACH bank transfer. Please contact our sales team to learn more.
We do offer a 10% recurring discount for any verified non-profit organizations. You will need to present a valid 501(c)3 document to verify the validity of your non-profit organization prior to signing up.
You can access our design platform through our main website or by going direct to the login page online.
We manage and house all design requests inside of our own custom-built design platform. In terms of design tools, we use industry-standard programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
We do not currently offer any integration options but will be available in the future.
We do not currently offer a mobile-app but our design platform is mobile-friendly.
